Born into a family of artists, Igor Zaytsev began his artistic career as a young man. He received a Bachelor Degree in Art from the Lugansk College of Art and a Master of Fine Art from the National Academy of Art in Kiev in 1983. Zaytsev has since immigrated to the United States, and his work is present in a number of international collections and galleries.
