Irina Rybakova was a member of the Academica dacha in Vyshny Volochek. In 1991, she joined the Kostroma Chapter of the Union of Artists of Russia. A contemporary realist, many of her works depict Russian villages and her atmospheric landscapes always feature a human figure.
