Attributed to Maryland or Delaware, circa 1760, poplar secondary, two-board rectangular top with molded edge and rounded front corners, the case with three side-by-side lipped drawers, shaped and scalloped skirt with central diminutive demilune drop, flush paneled scalloped side panels, cabriole legs with carved Spanish foot on pad.

Legs and ankles have not been cut and are original.

Top appears original however it has been reset and the rear board has been turned 180 degrees around, evidence of the two central butterflies now separated and the cleat marks now on the rear of the backboard; later brasses with plug holes; shrinkage crack to left side panel; front skirt two lower spurs to left and right side cut and possibly replaced; right small drawer with lip break and loss to upper edge.
