The first a reverse painting on glass housed in a circular gilt metal frame with silk surround and paste stones, with wreath and bow surmount, with hinged easel backing and early label to verso with ink inscription, "From Sir William Goldsmith's Collection" (5 1/2 x 4 3/4 in.); the second a watercolor on ivory and signed lower left, housed in a circular gilt metal frame with bow and ribbon motif surmount, with easel backing (3 1/4 x 3 in.).

The larger with with some paint loss; extensive loss to silk surround. Neither examined out of frame.
