A Group of Ten Imari Porcelain Plates

Mid to late 20th century, scalloped rimmed plates decorated in the Imari palette with iron red, cobalt blue, and gilt, all decorated in a similar manner with central image of vase with flowers surrounded by shaped registers with more floral branches, three plates with slightly darker enamels and gilt rims, these plates have a blue orchid Fukagawa Koransha mark to underside, the other seven plates have a blue Japanese mark with laurel surround to underside.


Diameter 8 1/4 in.
