Blanton Saunders (1910-1982) Ringneck Drake, Poplar Branch, NC. Blanton made a lot of decoys with 2" wooden bottom boards with 2" cork on top. Ringneck decoys are rare and this example did not receive much use. The exact decoy is published on page 198 of Gunnin' Birds by Kroghie Andresen.
