19th century, gilded scalloped rim, hand painted with blue, iron red, and gilt enamels, central decoration of a vase with large floral blooms to surrounded by a fully patterned border with shaped fans having bamboo, pine and plum (the "three friends of winter") and ornate floral and vine decorations, blue bats and auspicious treasure motifs to underside of edges, three spur marks to center of underside.
