19th century, rectangular porcelain pillow, with pierced sides one with quatrefoli shape and one in double coin motif, four sides hand painted with elegantly dressed ladies engaged in leisure activities in scenic outdoor landscapes with lush flora and fauna, two bands of decoration at either end.
