Miles Hancock (1887-1974), Chincoteague, Virginia. A beautiful bluebill hen in all original condition. Mr Miles hand chopped all of his decoys with a hatchet and finished them off with a spokeshave.....he never sanded them. This is a rare and wonderful example for any collection.
