Ivey Stevens (1876-1947), Back Bay, Virginia. Ivey was a life long waterman. He worked for John Williams, who had a thriving market hunting business and commercial hunting business on Cedar Island. He made some of the most functional decoys from that area. The thick necks and sturdy bodies have stood the test of time.
