This pre-1900 curlew was made and gunned at the oldest waterfowling club in America. The Currituck Shooting Club was founded in 1857. J.P. Morgan was an early member. The club hosted Teddy Roosevelt, Andrew Carnegie, and other wealthy well heeled American Industrialists.
