These two fine ruddy ducks will be sold with all proceeds going to the family of Brandon Marshall, a respected and beloved Hyde County resident who tragically lost his life in a hunting accident in late January, 2021. The decoys offered are made by the two finest living decoy makers from North Carolina. Both men have been featured in Garden and Gun and other noteworthy publications. Chandler Sawyer crafts his decoys in the old Currituck manner whereas Jerry Talton carves his decoys in the Core Sound tradition. These are working birds. It will be up to the buyer to decide if they need to be put on a shelf or hunted one more time in honor of Brandon Marshall.

100 percent of the proceeds from this lot will be given to the family of Brandon Marshall. LLA will also match the winning bid, up to $500 dollars. If others are inclined to donate, please contact info@lelandlittle.com, and we will happy to collect funds to give to the Marshall family.
