Joe Perry (1893)-1981), Kitty Hawk, NC. Joe Perry was the ultimate waterman as he was a boat builder, fisherman, market hunter, and hunting guide. He made several hundred decoys which received a lot of action in the field. This decoy probably started off as a redhead.
