Mason Factory, Detroit, Michigan. Ring necks also known as Blackjacks by the Mason Decoy Factory are extremely rare. The tag describes this decoy as being in original condition. It has a wonderful surface but lacks the swirl breast paint evident in most Premier grade birds. This decoy has a two piece hollow body, glass eyes, notch carved bill, carved nostrils, and a carved nail.
