Pat O'Neal (1897-1972), Churches Island, NC. In 1921, Pat founded the P.H. O'Neal Boat Works. He learned the market hunting trade from the elder friend. Wallace O'Neal, Sr. Pat made and maintained a rig of over 300 decoys for his sink box rig. This is a nice honest example of his work.
