19th century, rosewood veneer case with brass inlays and inset bail handles, interior in red velvet and leather with a hinged panel lid opening to reveal a document file (other compartment missing element), the case with three fitted scent bottles (one with stuck stopper and rim chip), one later glass inkwell, three lidded silverplate and glass jars, two lidded compartments, small removable velvet tray, inset handles lift to remove the fitted tray with a second removable interior tray.
