Clay Tillet (1913-1992) Kitty Hawk Village, North Carolina. Clay became an enthusiastic waterman at an early age. He worked as a fisherman, boatbuilder, hunter, and decoy carver. He made this beautiful teal out of balsa in the 1940s. Branded CT, it was part of his personal hunting rig.
