Willis Hughes, Virginia Beach/Back Bay, Virginia area. Willis Hughes was born and raised in Sligo, North Carolina. He later moved to the London Bridge area of Virginia Beach area and maintained hunting blinds in and around Back Bay near Barbers Hill. This goose is well made and one of the finest crafted canvas over wire geese we have ever seen. This exact decoy is published on page 58 of Gunnin' Birds by Kroghie Andresen.
