Wilton Walker (1889-1974). Tulls Creek, North Carolina. Wilton was a market hunter until 1918 and then served as the caretaker of the Launch Landing Club. His skill as a boat builder is obvious in this decoys...wide, flat bottoms which rode the Currituck chop well.
