Eldon Willis (1908-1981) and Roy Willis (1932-2012), Stacy, North Carolina. Eldon and his son, Roy Hilton are legendary on Core Sound. The father and son team made this decoy around 1970. It has original stippled paint and the iconic Core Sound form that many people love.
