Wiley "Rat" Moseley (1899-1976), Pungo, Virginia, Upper Back Bay. Rat worked at the Pellitory Gunning Club and the Pocahontas Fowling Club and later worked as a guide at the Sand Bridge Club. He was also a bootlegger and operated five stills. Three of his stills were raided but the elusive Rat Moseley was never caught! This widgeon is a rare and wonderful example of his work.
