Pat O'Neal (1897-1972), Churches Island, North Carolina. Pat was born into a family of gifted woodworkers and he continued that legacy very successfully. He became a master boat builder and decoy maker. This hen bluebill is exceptional. True hen decoys from North Carolina are extremely rare.
