Made in France, jewel-tone colorway, designed by Aline Honoré, 2009, to honor Alexandra David-Neel, (1868-1969), an explorer and writer. The central image depicts the explorer heading to Lhasa, the forbidden capital of Tibet, in 1924, an exploit which made her world famous. The scarf name translates as " woman with wind for her soles".
