Delbert "Cigar" Daisey (1928-2017), Chincoteague, Virginia. Cigar has a cult following amongst decoy collectors and watermen from the eastern shore of Virginia. He carved this decoy out of cottonwood in the manner of Lee Dudley. It is so well done that the cottonwood material might be the only indicator as Cigar being the maker.
