Levin "Pop" Scarborough (1904-2001) Duck, North Carolina. In the 1920s and 1930s, he worked as a guide at the Powder Ridge Gun Club. He made his own stand of redhead and bluebill decoys in the early 1940s. This redhead decoy is from his personal hunting rig.
