Carlton "Cork" McGee (1931- ), Chincoteague, Virginia. Cork has been an island native of Chincoteaque for 90 years and has established a loyal following of decoy and bird carving collectors, He mentored under Cigar Daisy as he spent many hours hanging out in his shop. This beautiful Green Heron carving is circa 2006 and is signed by the artist.
