20th century, large Buddha head carved from a soft stone, possibly sandstone, with a serene expression, eyes lowered in meditation, wide nose, full lips, with a teardrop shaped urna or third eye on his forehead, his head in tight curls and wearing large earrings, presented on a wooden base with an clear acrylic presentation case.
Head only: 13 x 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 in., acrylic case: 16 x 12 x 12 in.
