Clay Tillet (1913-1992), Kitty Hawk Village, North Carolina. Clay Tillet was the last born son of Alfonso Tillet. He was born into the waterman's life and made a living working as a fisherman, boat builder, hunter, and decoy maker. Clay made this ruddy duck in the early 1970s. It bears his CT brand.
