Harry made this swan in the 1920s with a wooden tail, thick necks, and extra thick wire for the Gull Island Club. The club was owned by Alex Kotarides for over five decades. This decoy is one of only eleven swan decoys used at the club. This exact decoy is published on page 351 of Gunnin' Birds by Kroghie Andresen.
