Indiana, circa 1870, burl wood veneer, top with applied stepped backsplash with central raised panel in high grade burl veneer, double raised panel frieze, two hinged shaped panel doors with pigeon hole storage, central compartment with fall front panel revealing a red baize writing surface, pigeon holes, document files and five fitted drawers, the lower central portion with four central fitted drawers flanked by document open files, scrolled feet on casters, shaped panel sides; appears unmarked.
