Marked "Sterling" and model number 144C to underside, oval dial roman numeral hour markers and brass movement both marked Waltham (Waltham, MA, 1850-1957), set between reeded column supports with acanthus leaf decoration and swivel adjust knobs, the rectangular base with "F" monogram.
