Pat O'Neal (1897-1972), Churches Island, North Carolina. In 1921, Pat founded P.H. O'Neal Boatworks near Coinjock. His famous boatbuilding shop was also the place where many of his decoys were constructed. He sold a group of decoys to the Swan Island Club. This is one of those decoys.
