Weldon Fulcher (1904-1976), Stacy, North Carolina. Weldon worked on the water for his livelihood and he was an avid hunter. He made his first decoys in the 1920s with his good friend, Charles Edward Mason. His decoy is branded GWF for his nephew Grady Fulcher (Sea Level, NC) . It retains the original rigging.
