Thomas Caroon (1906-1977), Poplar Branch, North Carolina. Thomas served as a guide at the Whalehead Club but later moved to Poplar Branch so he could commercial fish. He kept two small stands of decoys. His wooden decoys were primarily widgeon and pintails.
