Ben Tré graduated from Portland State University where he favored the technique of pouring glass. This process involves pouring the molten glass into sand molds, and through a lengthy process of cooling is then unearthed and more techniques are applied such as sand blasting, cutting and polishing. Recently deceased, his works have been exhibited and on display in many prominent museums and galleries throughout the U.S. This is a rare opportunity to own a monumental public art sculpture.

Two upper glass panels with tight hairline cracks; one side with fracture near top, the same side base with crack and silicone fill, verdigris to bronze. This lot is located at an offsite location within fifteen minutes of the auction house. Preview is available by appointment only.
