20th century, Guanyin stands wearing a flowing robe, ornate necklace, a crown with the Buddha in the center, hood over her hair, a serene expression on her face, in one hand she is holding up a lotus blossom, she stands on a lotus leaf base decorated with a dragon above swirling waves, there is a small hole to underside of the base.
