Wood fired salt glazed, a water pitcher with dark slip spot decoration, stamped "WMH" on the underside (11 in.) (rim chip); the second is a jardiniere with four applied loop handles, herring-bone style decoration to the upper third exterior, no signature found (stress lines at several handle attachments - good condition) (17 x 17 1/2 in.).
