Circa 1830, worked in multi-color silk, chenille, and wool on loose weave linen and with watercolor on silk detailing to lady and figural motifs, the large scale building flanked on one side by a weeping willow tree and the other a palm tree with a robin perched to top, beneath one tree sits a lady and her dog and the other with a resting pony, the fence with "carved" posts and gates, all within a floral and vine border with elaborate ribbon to bottom center, presented under glass in an antique cove molded veneer frame.

Sight size 27 x 32.25 in.; Frame dimensions 31 x 36 in.

Needlework with some stitch loss and pulled threads; a couple of tiny holes to border; some loss to horse; light staining. Frame with some veneer loss and chips. Not examined out of frame.
