After studying history and international relations in the US and London, Sally Chandler turned to art in the late 1970s. She studied life drawing, painting and etching at the Belles Artes and Instituto Allende in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

Since then, she has exhibited frequently throughout her career. Her work is found in numerous public collections including the Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans, Louisian; the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Texas; and the Lajitas Museum, Lajitas, Texas.

Good estate condition; corner pinholes from artist hanging; not examined out of frames.
