The Gooseville Gun Club is highly recognized by historians and decoy collectors. The club was formed in 1914 by Albert Lyons. The club members were well-to-do and bought the finest decoys from the most recognized carvers of their time. Some were branded and others were not. Those with the Gooseville Gun Club brand are highly sought after by collectors.
