Steven has studied at the University of New Mexico School of Architecture (Studies in Structures & Material; Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland, OH (BFA, Glass and Sculpture); Cornell University (Pre-Med Studies). From 2006 to the present, Steven Tatar has been the Creative Director for Ohio Knitting Mills, where he founded and created an apparel brand based on the historic knitting mill. He has also extensive experience working in the design and marketing industry.

Steven has completed many commissioned public and private sculptures in a variety of media, including Founders Awards for Museum of Contemporary Art, Cleveland, Ohio.
