Early 20th century, the first with an ebonized shaft topped by an unmarked silvertone metal handle cast as an attacking bear, appears unmarked (36 in.) (marks from use); the second a Japanese black lacquered wooden stick with mother-of-pearl inlays at the heel and along the shaft (35-3/4 in.) (four inlays missing, break and repair towards base.)
