19th century, dark red ground with lotus blossoms and scrolling vines, two oval medallions painted with a five claw dragon and a phoenix encircling a flaming pearl with colored clouds around them, light blue faux handles flank the neck, vase is drilled and fitted with lamp mounts, with a two lightbulb fixture, comes together with a fabric shade.
