Knotts Island, North Carolina, this is a nice honest example of his work, nicely carved head on a neck shelf with drop down tail.

Linwood was elder son of Lem Dudley, Lee's twin brother. Linwood became manager of the Dudley Island Shooting Club around 1910 and also ran a market hunting operation. He carved larger decoys which showed up well on the open waters of Currituck Sound.
