German, in the Jugenstil style, mark of Württemberg Metal Factory, circa 1909-1914 hallmarks, additional marks "Bazar Iris / Buenos Aires," long elliptical glass bowl with foliate and fluted cut decoration, supported by a pierced woven frieze and concave basket with dragon and scrolling foliate plume designs, atop a hexagonal form base with reeded chevron columns and pierced gated panels, raised on eight bun feet.
