Mark of Andrew Ellicott Warner (1786-1870), each with post 1830 Baltimore assay mark 11-2 indicating a sterling standard; the four piece set including two pots (each approximately 10 1/2 in.), a sugar bowl with cover, and creamer; the cast handles featuring ram's head masks and hoof foot detail, the domed covers each surmounted by a bird on nest finial, the two pots are hand-chased with fruits, flowers and birds against a stippled ground, the sugar bowl and creamer feature floral designs against stippled grounds, each with period "JMH" monogram to open cartouche.
