Poston & Co., Birmingham, 1933 date mark, without engraving or monogram, on a round plinth (8 1/2 in.); the shortest a "Women's Doubles" Tennis Trophy presented to Miss T. G. Allport, with angled double handles, mark of James Fenton & Co., Birmingham 1956 date mark, with engraved dedication to obverse and also on round plinth(3 3/8 in.); the third a "Selby Golf Club" trophy cup presented to Ronald Morley, mark of A. L. Davenport, Brimingham, 1933 date mark, with engraved dedication to obverse (5 1/8 in.); trophy cup with angled double handles, mark of S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd., London, 1924 date mark, underside with additional mark "Made in England / Black, Starr & Frost / Sterling Silver" (6 in.); the last in Silverplate by Mappin & Webb, "Gent's Singles" tennis trophy cup presented to C.E. Mussel White in 1935 (5 in.) (not weighed).
