L. Davenport, Brimingham, 1933 date mark, with engraved dedication to obverse (5 1/8 in.); trophy cup with angled double handles, mark of S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd., London, 1924 date mark, underside with additional mark "Made in England / Black, Starr & Frost / Sterling Silver" (6 in.); the last in Silverplate by Mappin & Webb, "Gent's Singles" tennis trophy cup presented to C.E.
