Gale Jr. (New York, active 1850-1872), oblong bowl with gold washed interior, period monogram "TAW" (13 in.); the second a soup ladle, unmarked, featuring a portrait bust of a woman within a Greek key surround, period monogram (13 in.). Both with twisted handles.
