Circa mid 19th century, first a pair of sugar tongs, unknown maker's mark of H & C, raised floral and fruit basket decoration to handles with shell motif to bowl undersides, no monogram (6 1/4 in.); the second a pair of mustard ladles, both unmarked, Sheaf of Wheat pattern, with gold wash and matching period feather script monogram (5 in.)
