Attributed to Bailey & Co. (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), circa 1860, partial marks of an eagle and shield to underside of base, chased floral and foliate design to body and cover, further decorated with beading and Greek key designs, the domed cover featuring a finely cast acorn and leaf finial, with removable pierced liner. No monograms.
